Providing a supportive environment where church office holders, such as wardens, treasurers, and other leaders, can receive guidance and mentorship from peers. This enables them to develop their skills and gain confidence in their roles.
Sharing of entrepreneurial approaches to income generation. With learning from the successes as well as from the failures and joint reflection on how we would do ‘it ‘ differently next time.
